About
I started my career as a social worker, and I've never stopped designing for people under pressure. Today that means technical users: the analysts and operators who need clarity when the stakes are high. I've led design for enterprise planning at CA Technologies (now Broadcom), security automation and AI at Swimlane, and a new security product built from scratch at Point Wild. The question behind all of it stays the same: how do we make something complex feel straightforward and create real value for users?
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my wife and our two sons or mountain biking.

How I work
- Make the complex feel obvious. People shouldn't need to understand the system to trust it.
- Treat design as a business lever. Good design drives revenue, and it should shape what the business builds next.
- Ship, learn, repeat. I won't be right the first time, so I get work in front of users early and iterate fast.
- Build with product and engineering, not for them. The best products come from designers, PMs, and engineers solving the same problem together.
- Invest in people and process. Great products come from healthy teams and clear ways of working.
